Real-life example:
I receive calls from numbers that appear to be similar like +1 415 121 1111, +1 415 122 1111 and so on.
Using the following rule: "+1 41X XXX XXXX" will block all numbers that included from +1 410 000 0000 to +1 419 999 9999!
Just enter the phone numbers country code prefix (e.g. 1 for the U.S.), enter the phone number (including the area code) that you want to range block and block it with a 8-digit precision.

HOW TO SETUP:
